Victor T. Avellino is a member of Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, L.L.C. He received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1988 from St. Louis University School of Law, where he was a Strauss Scholar. He received his undergraduate degree in History from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Missouri, Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Avellino concentrates his practice in litigation defense, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability, class action, employment, environmental, toxic tort, coverage and commercial matters.
Mr. Avellino practices throughout the Circuit Courts of the State of Missouri, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is also licensed to practice in Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice section), the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, The Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
