  • On May 23-25, 2011, Mr. Keane tried the case of Sjule v. Pope before a jury in Greene County, Missouri. This motor vehicle accident case involved a Plaintiff that underwent an anterior cervical dicectomy with fusion five weeks following the accident. Defendant admitted negligence, but disputed the nature and extent of injuries. The Plaintiff incurred total medical specials of $53,485.72. The jury only took 45 minutes to return a verdict of $1,527.98.
