Lee J. Karge is an associate with Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, LLC. He received his
Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas,
where he was a Clyde Hill legislative fellow. He graduated from Drake Law School in Des Moines, Iowa
with Honors in 1997. During law school, he was a member of the Drake Law Review and received the
CALI Academic Excellence Award for Trial Advocacy. He received his Master of Laws in Health Law from
Loyola University of Chicago's School of Law in 2000, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Annals of Health Law.
Mr. Karge has worked as a legal adviser to the Vice Chancellor of Health Affairs at the University of Illinois
at Chicago, and in the Litigation Department for Sprint Nextel Corp.
Mr. Karge is licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and the United States District Court for the
Southern District of Illinois. He concentrates his practice in litigation defense, including personal injury,
premises liability, property damage, products liability, class action, insurance coverage, professional
negligence, and commercial matters.
