Edward F. Reilly Jr. is a Law Clerk with Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, LLC. In 2005, Mr. Reilly received his Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Tulane University in New Orleans. Mr. Reilly received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 2014.

At Washington University School of Law, Mr. Reilly distinguished himself on the Dean's List and was awarded membership in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Reilly also served as an Executive Articles Editor for The Washington University Global Studies Law Review and his note, Criminalizing Yakuza Membership: A Comparative Study of The Anti-Boryokudan Law. was selected for publication. Mr. Reilly was Washington University's Dagen-Legomsky Fellow in 2013 and represented the school at The Hague Academy at the International Court of Justice. Mr. Reilly was also a member of Washington University's Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team. In 2013, the team placed 4th in the U.S. and 16th in the world. In 2014, the team placed 2nd in the U.S. and advanced the quarterfinals of the international rounds. The team won the Alona E. Evans Award for best written submissions a the international rounds and Mr. Reilly was the 11th highest ranked oralist out of over 300 individuals at the competition.
